 BBQ Rub

• 1/4 Cup brown sugar
• 1/4 Cup smoked paprika
• 1 tsp. ground black pepper
• 3 Tbs. coarse salt
• 2 tsp. garlic powder
• 2 tsp. onion powder
• 1/2 tsp. cumin
• 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

This is a great recipe. I love to cook chicken thighs with this rub.  Last week my wife made chili with only this mix and it was delicious.
