Creamy Tarragon Dressing

• 3/4 Cup Sour Cream or plain Greek yogurt
• 3/4 Cup Mayonnaise
• 3 T Apple Cider vinegar
• 2 T Chopped fresh Tarragon
• 1 T Dijon mustard
• 2 t Honey
• Salt & Pepper to taste 

Whisk it up!

Inspired by BeautyandtheBeets version of this recipe. However, I found it a bit too watery thus the addition of the mayonnaise and removal of the water from the source recipe.
