Honey Glazed Pork Tenderloin
Ingredients
- 1/3 Cup honey
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 (3/4 pound) pork tenderloins
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F
- In a bowl, mix the honey, soy sauce, sesame oil and balsamic vinegar
- Place pork tenderloins in a roasting pan and roast 15 minutes in the preheated oven
- Remove pork from oven and baste with sauce. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees F and continue roasting for about 45 minutes basting occasionally with the honey sauce to an internal temperature of 145 degrees
