Russian Dressing

Ingredients

• 1 Tbsp finely chopped onions (I like to use a micro-plane grater for this)
• 1 Cup mayonnaise
• 1/4 Cup ketchup
• 1 Tsp Worcestershire
• 4 Tsp  horseradish
• 1/4 Tsp paprika
• 1 Tsp hot sauce
• Salt to taste

Mash the onion into a paste if you don't use the micro-plane and mix it all up!
